Self-Review Report

The academic program Self-Review allows academic units the opportunity to review resources as well as reflect on their strengths and shortcomings in meeting the mission and goals of the university and academic unit. The Self-Review encourages the academic unit to consider directions for the future.

Program Review Team Report

The academic unit has the responsibility of nominating appropriate individuals to serve as reviewers, providing attachments and documentation supporting the Self-Review Report to the reviewers, and scheduling the visit. During the Program Review Team visit, the academic unit will host the team, make adjustments to the itinerary as needed, and provide additional information upon request.
