Methodology: Each row of the source form is one monthly report submitted by area staff. Numbers are summed across all submissions for a given fiscal year, month, and area; duplicate submissions are treated as supplemental and added together. Blank entries count as zero.
Fields shown: Metric families with no data anywhere in the dataset are hidden automatically and will appear once the form begins collecting them. The fiscal year runs September through August.
