Methodology: Each row of the source form is one monthly report submitted by area staff. Numbers are summed across all submissions for a given fiscal year, month, and area; duplicate submissions are treated as supplemental and added together. Blank entries count as zero.

Fields shown: Metric families with no data anywhere in the dataset are hidden automatically and will appear once the form begins collecting them. The fiscal year runs September through August.

Studio and digital metrics: Studio reservations, booked hours, and social media views are shown from FY26 onward. FY26 figures come from the studio room calendars (YouStar Video rooms 108 and 109A, YouStar Audio rooms 107A–C, ALIAS Music Production, and the ALIAS Virtual Production Studio, room ALK139) and from social media reports; YouTube views are not available before February 2026, and no September 2025 social media figures were reported. From FY27 these are reported on the monthly form. Studio reservations measure room use, so a booking can also appear among the services counted elsewhere (for example, a consultation held in a studio); for that reason they are shown separately and not added into activity totals. Before FY27, studio reservations were also included in Transactions, so FY27 Transactions are not directly comparable with earlier years.
